Homes Sales to Climb Eight Percent in 2011The BC Real Estate Association released its Housing Forecast for the first quarter of 2011 today.
MLS residential sales are forecast to increase 8 per cent this year and increase another 4 percent in 2012.
BC housing markets are returning to normalcy after two years of volatility said Cameron Muir, BCREA Chief Economist.
